Is the ability to heat exchange to a hot water heater from a ductless AC unit supported for example with Fujitsu Airstage VRF?

It seems like they offer a 4K BTU Head and there 36K BTU outdoor unit advertises a COP of approx 3.89. Is there some catch here? These units seem better than the stuff from Mitsubishi.
