Wall cap for 6″ air intake vent?

I have a 6″ round duct feeding my supply air fan, with a simple wall cap on the exterior side.  The wall cap I used on the exterior has failed after 2 years.  🙁

Can anyone recommend a product/manufacturer to use for a 6″ wall cap (or hood) on an intake vent?

    Mark,

    Seiho makes good vent terminations. The exhaust ones aren't very air-tight, but that doesn't matter with an intake.
