Can I please get some input on the wall components (layering) recommended for behind a corner shower (with fibreglass surround and base – 2 pieces). All interior walls.

What is recommended for the rest of the bathroom walls? 

We had a leak before…though we anticipate mitigating leaks to the best of our ability, wanted to know if there was a way to contain water in the wall and put in some sort of moisture alarm. Is that crazy talk?
