Sealing Penetrations Through Exterior Wall for Low-Voltage Wiring

RG6, Ethernet, etc.  for satellite dishes, PoE cameras.  Looking for a few ideas to air seal these penetrations while also allowing excess cable to be pulled from the wall cavity (if/when needed).  Cheers
