I know this isn’t the ideal venue for this question, but it could still be fruitful.   I have emailed and called various companies who are listed as home energy auditors in my area, but have not received responses.  Does anyone know of or have experience with blower door operators in the Inland Empire of California?  (I am trying to determine if it might be reasonable to a aeroseal my house.)
