Hi, what are the uses of Dow Corning Contractors Weatherproof Sealant? Is it good as a liquid flash or an air seal on wood, OSB, concrete?

It is silicone based I think, and silicone does not get my attention as a sealant I will use in building my house/shop.

I found out that it is good for smooth surfaces such as glass, aluminum, concrete, granite, etc… Has 5 year warranty. Here is where I saw a little more info: Turns out the name was changed to Dowsil CWS
