I'm surprised anyone still builds double envelope houses. They are an idea from (I think) the late 1970s that turned out not to work the way the originators thought it would, and were superseded by houses with a single wall with more insulation.

I build one in Cherokee County in 1979 was one of the first 3 or 4 in us. Then I designed several in the south after that under name of Natural Sonshine. Video was done by PBS and monitored by government fund Heating worked well cooling tube so so
