Has anyone ducted a HPWH to pull air from the bathroom?

Just a thought, if the bathroom(s) are close enough for the duct run limits it could allow the HPWH to recover the heat lost to the air which might increase overall efficiency.  Has anyone looked at the this?  Any cons?
