Where could I go to find someone who could look at several schools and determine whether heat pumps could substitute for existing oil fired heating systems in Maine?

    Stephen,
    Several years ago, Marc Rosenbaum was the consultant on just such a project in New Hampshire. I doubt whether he wants to travel to Maine, but he may be available as a consultant by telephone. He now works for South Mountain Company in Massachusetts.
