Hoping Dana Dorsett is in the house: I’m building a detached cottage in Concord CA with 750 square feet and 9′ ceilings, it has a wrap around porch along the south and west sides. I would like to use a single zone mini split if possible, but would do 2 zones if necessary. CoolCalc shows 13700 for cooling and 12100 for heat (hopefully I calculated correctly)I was looking at the Gree Sapphire 12k, but I would like you suggestions….thank you
