How to replace ducts in ceiling

Birdman321 | Posted in General Questions on

Hello,
I own a Condo which is on the 2nd floor of a three floor building. There is a condo above me and below me. My air ducts are above my ceiling in a 1.5 foot crawlspace which is also below my upstairs neighbors floor.
I want to replace my ducts which means I will have to take some or a lot of my ceiling down to do so. To make matters worse, there may be raccoon waste in the crawlspace and I am worried about the parasites that raccoon feces sometimes carry infecting the workers and getting into my condo.
Do you have any ideas on how I should proceed? Thank you for your time.
Ellery
