Insulation between floors?

I’m building a home in zone 6. Should I insulate between the main (2nd) floor and the 3rd (attic truss bonus room) or let the heat seep up thru the floor boards? With no insulation inbeteeen?

Stephen,
Most homes do not include insulation between heated floors.
However, if your attic bonus room will be used intermittently or rarely, and if the room includes a zoned heating system and has no plumbing, you might want to insulate between the floors.
