I’m considering moving to Kentucky from Georgia. I’m familiar with best building practices in Georgia. How different are best practices in Kentucky?

Most people in KY will not put their HVAC equipment in the attic. LOL
It is only one climate zone so not all that different.

Considering the move from Georgia, that's a big change! Curious about the building scene too, huh? How do the best practices in Kentucky stack up against those in Georgia?

Also, on a totally different note, has anyone here got the lowdown on how furnishings delivered https://getmanandvan.co.uk/furniture-collection-delivery/ in the Bluegrass State? Drop some knowledge if you've got it!
