Why are you starting with an engineer rather than an architect or designer? Is there something about your site that is challenging?
We have a designer and architect and structural engineer I’m looking for a performance energy efficient designer engineer to help me with all the details for my climate zone

Your location may make it challenging to find a local resources. If that's the case, it is sometimes possible to work with different experts remotely.
