SIP costs in 2021

I read that SIPS haven’t really gone up in price this past year, unlike most other building materials (not sure how true that is). Has anyone priced them out recently?
I’ve never really considered SIPs for our soon to be built PGH, but looking at building material costs I might take another look.

I suspect they would have risen given they use OSB, which has seen the highest inflation. If you go get quotes, please report back numbers as it would be interesting to see what alternate building methods may be making more financial sense.
