Tongue & Groove Rigid Foam vs. Square Edged

I was hoping to use tongue & groove Rigid foam to insulate my basement, but am having a hard time finding it locally. I can find square-edged Foamular however. With either product, I am planning on taping the seams, and using spray foam for the top and bottom of the walls, and in the corners. Will square-edged be ok or is the tongue & groove preferred/more effective?
Thanks in advance!

Square edge is fine, just do the best you can to keep them fitting tight.
