What butyl or acrylic membrane product should I use to air seal an old T&G roof deck that will then get several inches of polyiso rigid foam on top followed by plywood and roof? 

Desired properties are (1) waterproof and can handle a month or two of weather exposure, (2) self-healing around screws, etc, (3) effective, durable and long lasting, (4) cheap.
