    In most houses before the drywall on the ceiling it is not possible to test.

    Some people have the ceiling installed early but that will be extra work and expect to pay extra for that service.

    I had my blower door test after completion more as conformation that the work was done correctly and not as a diagnostic tool looking for the faults.
