Where to sell unused construction materials (MemBrain Vapor Barrier 5x)

Hello, 
Any advice on where to re-sell unused construction materials that one cannot return? 

I have 5x unopened Membrain Vapor Barriers that I am unable to return. 
a) anyone want to buy them for a discount? 
b) any advice on where to list things such as this? Facebook Marketplace and Ebay thus far drawing blanks…

    Facebook Marketplace seems to be the go-to around here. I don't know of a list specifically for green building materials. Craisglist still has some activity as well.
