Anyone have a heat pump HVAC team they like in Seattle area?

I’m a little bit nervous my current HVAC contractor (contractor not yet finalized) doesn’t know what he’s doing around heat pump sizing, HRV integration, etc. I think he’s probably great for normal furnace stuff, but I’m looking for a second opinion — and a little late in the game. So, I’m turning to this community… does anyone have an HVAC contractor they have had positive Heat Pump experience with? (bonus for ducted heat pump and HRV-integration)
