      Great. There are lots of ways to insulate a Cathedral ceiling and a lot of it depends on your budget, target R-value, comfort with the work itself, and material choices. A vented assembly filled with closed cell spray foam and thermal broken inside with rigid foam is one way to do it. If you have an specific questions about that assembly of alternatives, please ask. You'll get lots of ideas from this community.
