Mitsubishi mini split

jsstnana4 | Posted in Expert Exchange Q&A on

I have a new mitsubishi mini split.  The temp is set for 67 degrees.  For the past week the temps have varied from 48 to 73 degrees in the room.  This cannot be normal?  I am in NC.  Contractor not very responsive…will mitsubishi help?

size of unit size of room?
how are you running it? Full auto or turning it on and off manually?
Obviously 48 is wrong but 73 is not that unusual until you figure out how it should be set up
For instance, if it was routinely always 73 at 67, my first step would be to turn the fan down to low
[not an expert, but have half a dozen minisplits]
