Looking for the lowest possible/non voc glue for use w engineered hardwood floors. Preferably Greenguard Gold certified.  My daughter has cancer & we are replacing her flooring from carpeting to engineered hardwood.

Also, any suggestions for unfinished red oak 4inch engineered hardwood flooring that is also Greenguard Gold /low formaldehyde- would be appreciated.  

I realize hardwood would be best, but we are Trying to match other existing flooring in the house that abuts to her room – on a budget.  This seems are best option. 

Also looking for stain to use & sealer.
