Roofing Contractor for Exterior Rigid-Foam Installation

Does anyone know of a roofing contractor in the DC area who is familiar with installing external rigid insulation when installing a new roof?

I’ve spoken with a couple and they have all expressed confusion when I’ve asked.

    Max,

    You may be approaching the wrong trade. Around here anyway, roofers roof - and sometimes replace the odd piece of rotten sheathing. They would expect the insulation and roof deck to be there already.
