Where can I find out more about installation techniques and requirements for water/thermally heated concrete floors?

    David,
If you Google "radiant floor" or radiant floor + hydronic, I imagine that you will get lots of websites to choose from.

i would rather suggest you to go for help from a professional to do that for you. Don't rely on do it yourself, it can cause you lots of mess which later on might take more than actual money it would have taken to redo.

If it were me, I'd start with the Radiant Panel Association.

Then maybe the National Ready Mix Concrete Association.
