    bee333,

It depends on whether you are using the Dens-glass as your primary air-barrier. If so then yes you need to tape the seams with one of the tapes recommended in Martin's Backyard Tape Test.
https://www.greenbuildingadvisor.com/article/return-to-the-backyard-tape-test Or a liquid applied membrane.

If it isn't an air-barrier then you are fine just covering it with the Tyvek.

I would test whichever tape you choose on the densglas before trusting it. Densglas is a bit of a funny material and I've found a lot of tapes don't like to stay stuck to it for the longer term, not unlike taping polyethylene. You might be able to use urethane caulk Between sheets of densglass if you have about a 1/8" gap, but I've never tried that. Tape is more traditional.

If denseglass is your exterior sheathing, the best air barrier is taping the seams on it. I've had no problem with 3m 8067 flashing tape on densegalss.

You should take a look at this Q&A thread . In it, Martin Holladay points to the Technical Guide to DensGlass sheathing.
