Insect screen for weep holes?

canada_deck | Posted in General Questions on

My house has late 1980s aluminum frame windows. I get a lot of problems with these tiny flies getting in (and possibly reproducing once they are in). My guess is that they are coming in through the weep holes at the bottom of the frame. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to stop this from happening? It’s a tricky hole to put a screen over. Perhaps I could get some black aluminum screen and superglue to attach it to the frame to cover the hole?
