We have a diesel burner for water heating that heats pipes and radiators to keep the home warm in winter. Is there solution instead of that burner using free solar heating?

The answer to your question depends on what country you live in, for three reasons:
1. Some countries have lots of sun during the winter; others don't.
2. Fuel prices vary from country to country.
3. Some types of heating equipment aren't available in some countries.
The fuel you are using (diesel) is similar or identical to fuel oil, a common heating fuel in many U.S. states. The type of heating system that you describe is known as a hydronic system (one that includes a boiler and radiators).
If you want to lower your fuel bills or increase your comfort, the first step might be to add insulation to your home's thermal envelope (walls, ceiling, and floor), or to seal up any air leaks, or perhaps to add a second layer of glass to your windows.
If electricity is inexpensive in your country, you might consider installing a ductless minisplit heat pump to heat your house.
In most cases, the energy saved by installing an active solar space heating system is too low to justify the high cost of the solar equipment.
